Another fantastic wedding!

The last, but certainly not least, wedding that I am posting for a while. I had SO VERY MUCH fun working on these wedding invites for Kelli and her fiance Rick in Grand Rapids, MI. They wanted western with a touch of whimsy. I think we’re all pleased as punch with how they turned out. If this wedding is even half the amount of fun it appears to be, guests are going to be talking about it for many years to come. Enjoy!

Wedding 2

These bad boys have hit the streets and I’m so happy to share them with you. The couple and the invites couldn’t be more lovely! Sarah and Mike are going to have a fabulous wedding and I’m honored to have been a part of the aesthetic elements. Enjoy =)

It’s that time of year again.

Wedding season is in full swing. I have had the opportunity this year to work with double the couples and weddings that I worked with last year and have really enjoyed creating unique, personalized wedding suites for all of them. I will be posting 3 wedding designs this week and next. First up this week is the wedding of Ryan and Larissa. The happy couple will be getting married in Grand Rapids this September. Here is their lovebird inspired design set.

I wish them a lovely wedding and a happy healthy marriage.

We’re big in Japan…

Or not, but still, I am VERY excited to say that our apartment was officially featured on Apartment Therapy, one of my FAVORITE websites. http://www.apartmenttherapy.com/sf/house-tours/heidi-and-davids-downtown-portland-lofthouse-tour-149101

Here are a few of my favorite shots, taken by the fabulous Leela Cyd Ross for Apartment Therapy

Thanks Apartment Therapy and Leela for the wonderful post. P.S. we’ve only been in our place since April, not 6months, no worries.

Sneak Peak

Goodies coming real soon….

Because I want to…

It’s so nice to be able to take on a pro-bono project now and then, just because I want to! I have been working lately with some lovely folks over at The Special Olympics of Oregon. I just finished up a logo for a race this September in Rockaway Beach, on the Oregon Coast. The proceeds all go to Special Olympics.

Amy’s Business Cards

I recently had the opportunity to work with an old high school friend on her business card design. She really wanted a multi-purpose card, that exhibited lots of different strengths and attributes, while remaining clever and fun. This was a really great project to work on! Thanks for being so easy to work with Amy!

A new personal blog

I decided to start a new personal blog. I really want to reserve LLLD for more design related posts and work. If you want design and work inquiries, please still come to LLLD. If you want to hear my daily rants and ideas, then head to:
